It was Sunday 11 am, I came with my wife and ask for 2 lanes crossed since it was not busy, the gentlement from the help desk (short, choppy, wearing glasses) refused to give me 2 lanes and said "we loose our money because it costs more electricity since it's only $1 a game". If so, I think you should close your business so you can save more.

This alley is probably the worst I've been to in the Bay area. Only 30 lanes in the entire building, all the balls are either damaged, rough, or too heavy (12 lb+), nothing fancy about this alley, the music is ok during nights, the scoreboard screens are dimmed and plain, the prices here simply doesn't get your monies worth. I'll stick with Castro Village Bowl or Albany Bowl.

As a frequent visitor and bowler. Manor Bowl is one of the nicest and affordable centers around. The place had a bad reputation for bad lanes and machines. Since the addition of new lanes and approaches and paint and carpet, this center is one of the nicest and affordable in the area.. Drop by on a Friday when its $1.50 @ game from 9-5..

THIS PLACE GOT BETTER! (June 2005) 30 new brunswick pro anvil lanes & approaches, newly remodeled bar, new paint, new carpet (glows w/black lights), 2 to 3.5 hour specials @ $8 to $15 per person, $1 to $4 per game, they have good sounds and light, nice staff...

Good alley. Great specials on Tuesday and Wednesday nights - $1.50 and $2.00 a game. You can always get a lane. One of the few affordable alleys in the bay area.
