We love this place. It's family friendly, the staff is so nice and the food is good. It may be expensive, but I don't have many reference points. It seems like a reasonable amount of money for 1-2 hours of fun with the kids. The place is clean, doesn't stink like smoke. We're not regular bowlers, but come here over holiday break for a few games every year with our kids. WE LOVE IT!

This is the best bowling alley in Des Moines. Good prices, nice facilities, and great staff.

When they fired Jeff I thought Premiere would go downhill but it did not because of Corey. Then they fired Corey and I refuse to go back. I think there are three current managers and all of them are {deleted}. The general counter staff always looks uninterested in the center itself and screws around the whole time. I used to come here a lot but I will not be going back.

Isn't the management a bit shaky?????

My daughter just had a birthday party here and it was FANTASTIC! Everything was taken care of, nice, friendly staff, and lazer tag was a blast! Also, the price for the birthday party was highly reasonable. I brought 12 nine-year-olds and i am just glad that I didnt have to clean up after them. We will be back for sure for the birthday party of my 6 year old. This place is great.

Nice bowling alley but food and drinks are a little high. Food is good but small portions. I bowl on a league and good luck find a time to prebowl. Lanes are good set up well on league nights but went there on a rock and bowl and they were dry as a bone. Jimmy in the proshop is great.

Great facility, fun place to take the family. That is... if you can ever get there on a non-league night. I'm extremely disappointed that when my daughter wants to go after school (yes - my daughter actually WANTS to go bowling) we can never get on a lane because there always seems to be a league going on. Now before you all start rolling your eyes, I understand fully well that alleys are primarily supported by leagues. What I would like to see done is not filling up every league to the brink and leaving at least a half-dozen or so lanes open each night so when a family wants to come in on a whim and bowl 3 or 4 games, we aren't turned away. Food is a bit overpriced. But still a great facility overall. I just wish we could get on a lane more often.

I love this place. Its fun, its not as smokey as most bowling alleys, and it is fair priced. For everyone that has been complaining about prices here: have you ever been to any other bowling alley before? The only thing that premiere doesn't have is $.99 bowling like at AMF Des Moines. A few more specials like that would be nice, but this place is great for everything else.

Excellent bowling facility, service is great and the mechanics are top notch, best in Polk county!! Name another bowling alley that gives league bowlers 2$ per game 7 days a week?!? Great place to have a corporate party and their birthday packages are decently priced too.

Very nice bowling alley. Top of the line. Tvs to watch while bowling. Nice laser tag, very fun. Food is great and a good variety. But it is very pricy for shoes and a lane and even some food is as much as a lane. But if you want great quaility bowling and want to have a good time come to Premiere.

nag nag nag. that's all people do lately. this website wasn't put up just so you can put the business down. I actually think its fun and if anyone hasn't noticed, prices have gone up everywhere it's not just the bowling alley, so get over it and get used to it. It's worth the money :)

My kid bowls in the youth league on Sat., and it's impossible to ever prebowl. The only time to prebowl is before 5:00 (which I work until 5:00) or on Sunday (which sometimes you don't know that far ahead). We came to this alley because they were supose to be smoke free, but it's so smokey when you walk in from the night before that it s*cks.

It great to have a new Bowling Alley.. But why do us bowlers have to pay for it... The prices are way too high and in about 2 years all of the bowlers will migrate back to the houses that the deserted in the first place. The house doesn't make the bowler. If you all bowl on the same lanes then it is a level playing field... The demand will be short. It will fade after the newness wears off... Good job in ruining a good idea....
