|I greatly apologize for the staff's behavior, promises and request were not fulfilled for such an important event with special needs. We made some BIG changes yesterday in a staff meeting and I assure you that experience will never happen again. I understand your frustrated and we are doing everything we may to correct and discipline employees under our state laws. We realize this doesn't fix your experience with Cowtown Palace and completely understand why your confidence is low on returning. To be honest, I wouldn't either however the changes (as of yesterday July 1st, 2014) will be challenging but I would like for you and yours to give us another try. I love special needs children and have volunteered many hours and coached at special Olympics many times so I know what access and requirements are for your party. Cell phones are a big NO NO while on the clock! Agree?
We are in the process of changing the key pads and employee courtesy with ALL customers and situations.
I will discuss your comment to the owners and get the facts straight. We are very pleased you spoke up and appreciate your business. I'm very sorry the experience was unexceptable but like I mentioned earlier....Big changes have been made and more to come.
I know the owners very well and how hard they have been working and their own funds to increase outside and inside for a better experience for everyone. I personally will approach the staff with this extra news I have found from you. I appreciate your input and pray you return for another shot of your request.
I am a lifetime bowler and we want your business.

|Went there, no one greeted us or even looked up, kitchen not open, no one at bar-waited around for a while still no attempt to ask potential customers what they wanted, so we left. Is this any way to run a business-I think not.|

|I liked the pizza also, The price is OK I guess, but the at least toppings are fresh made like a real pie house. I like the bowling prices. Their good compared to the other guys. Friendly staff nice manager named Tom or Tony. He's new and said Hi me and my family. I been several times since laid off and really enjoy the people. |

|I went to cowtown bowling center and had so much fun! The staff was very friendly. They taught me how to throw my ball and I bowled over 200 for the first time!! The pizza is great and cheap beer prices to. Bring a sweater though they keep it cold in there!! The best part is I went on thur. night and it was only 1.50 to bowl.|
