I will agree that the pool tables are great and its fun to go to West Lanes just for a different atmosphere. nice people cheap bowling, great pizza

The staff is courteous and helpful. The prices for bowling are some of the cheapest I've seen, although the lanes can sometimes be very tricky to play- so be ready to see a wide swing in scores if you bowl here more than once. I agree with the comments about the bathrooms, when the door is opened by people coming in and out you will be right in everyone's field of view so be prepared to "adjust" as necessary. The beer is cheaper at the bar than any other house I've been to and the food is good (not great but good). Also, Westlane has some excellent pool tables (9ft. drop pocket-NOT COIN OPERATED, which is a plus to shooters). Overall this is not a bad place to bowl, as I have been here several times and not noticed anything "shady". If I could offer suggestions to the management it would be to erect some kind of blind/screens at the restroom entrances and focus on getting lanes to play more consistently (better scores will bring REAL bowlers back).

Westlane is a great family place. Almost everyone there is like family. I love it there. It just feels like family.If you want to meet great new people go up to Westlane.The leagues are the best part there thats when most of the fun happens.
WESTLANE BOWL IS A FAMILY PLACE AND I LOVE IT THERE...

Not to knock westlane or anything, because i haven't been there in a while. But the atmosphere just felt uncomfortable. By that i mean i didn't feel like the employees where into much into helping out new costumers.

well i guess bad toilets without cover are better than having your child fondled and grouped by people they thought they could trust,your choice.

Not a very family oriented place. Plus I couldn't hardly bowl for the machines jamming up, ex. Plus I didn't like the fact of have to cover myself in the restroom from unwanted visially activity.

Yes, the smoke filled atmoshere is exactly where I would want to take my children. Yes, they have new lanes but it only took two years of nagging to get them there. The bar leaves much to be desired for. The place could really use some updates. The machines are horrible. Took me forever just to bowl one game and I was by myself. Sorry, but I think I would rather travel an extra 30 minutes to Spartenburg or visit the new center across town.

Great and family center. Employers help kids in bowling with have to be asked. They have great leagues and league pricing. My childerns alway want the birthday partys there.
