I go here quite a lot and I think the center itself is great...but they really should reevaluate the kind of people who representative them. The regular staff is friendly and fun. But there's the redhead that comes in every now and then who acts like she is above everyone. She tries to smile and fake her kindness but I have seen and heard her really not be too kind to everyone around her. Her comments are offensive and she just plain thinks she is better than others. I just really think she needs to spend more time on herself and the staff would He perfect.

The place itself is fine, but the kind of people who go there now are the reason that everyone else stopped going. I don't buy food there, it's too much. And pool prices ARE getting outrageous. But it's fun for the young ones!

Great place but they need to keep the music in beat of a versatile crowd. Hip Hop doesn't work for everyone.

I thought the alley was a great place to hangout and the bartender Dan was great and played great music. The manager Dave was awsome and made sure my whole group had a fun. I give it two thumbs up!!

The customer service over the phone was great. It was a man who answered both times I called to get information about times and prices and he was very pleasant and helpful. Looking forward to bowling there with my kids! Prices were resonable as well. Bowling is a positive way to have fun in Salinas!

The bowling alley it self if fine, good for kids. But the girl I spoke to on the phone was a little rude. I was asking her about prices, and I guess I passed my limit after 3 short questions and her comment to me was "is that it" before I was done speaking. Someone needs to learn some customer service skills.

well i just wanted 2 say that the bowling place is a awsome place i mean im in a bowling league and its not half bad. except for the poor security that they have in the parking lot and what not i mean my car got broke into and they took everything out and they only had 1 camera they should have more than 1 out there.

i think its a great place to hang out with friends and great fun for kids, but the customer service is lowzy and needs a lot of work.their food is way to expensive and not worth it.

Lanes are very inconsistent. They clean their lanes so much that you need a very hard surfaced bowling ball to keep the hooking of the ball down. The old Brunswick machines cannot handle the oil on the lanes without breaking down, hence the dryness of the lanes.
