| High Point Lanes has turned into the worst bowling alley I have been to. I don't know what (if any) oil they are using on the lanes, but it is horrible. It is my understanding that the owner does not want to put any more money into the facility, and it shows. Half of the scoreboard monitors don't work and the pinsetters are a joke. Sadly, I bowl in a league there; and I can't wait for it to be over! I am certain that 2/3rds of the league will not be back...ever. Not even just for open bowling/practice. This is sad, because a few years ago, I praised the facilities. Now, it is nothing more than a building that used to be a bowling alley. |

| This bowling center has the friendlist staff I have ever come across. Everyone behind counter, manager's and league cooridinator are above and beyond helpful. Chris the manager is the best, will come around and visit while your bowling, communicate and make you feel at home.
My complaint's about this facility would be the food or lack of. There is no snack bar. It's a bar/restuarant where the food is expensive, not very good, and little for your money, and the service horrible. Next is the pro shop, you can't walk into the place without smelling like smoke. The guy who runs it smokes non stop, there is no ventilation and it's a very small room. I refuse to even go in there. I will take my bowling needs or services somewhere else. I have choked just walking into the place in the past. But if just rolling a few games is your enjoyment then this is the place to go. |

| What an incredible group of people! The staff at this facility go above and beyond their duties to assure a pleasurable bowling experience. They have made every one of our visits so enjoyable! I have young children and they look forward to visiting with the staff members as much as the actual bowling! Thanks Guys! |
