The person that has expressed a complaint regarding their experience on February 24th was very upset, and unfortunately may not have understood what they made an agreement with their fellow party participants to pay for. I would like to explain to others that may use this site for comments/recommendations, how the situation transpired with the proprietors knowledge. This was a 3 lane birthday party that the complainant and children joined in on at least an hour after the party had been in progress. The total lane time they paid for was 1 hour and 57 minutes. As the proprietor of the business and not the party participant we are not privy to how or if a party cost is going to be split between participants. This party split costs by lanes and the complainant's spouse apparently agreed with other party participants in their group to pay for the lane that was the last to finish bowling. The complainant also paid for 9 peoples' shoe rentals and paid the birthday party clean up fee as outside food and drink was brought in that is expressly not allowed and signs are posted on both entry doors that they will be charged for 'like items'. We also have a printed flier on the front counter that gives thorough explanation of how our center conducts parties and what is and is not allowed. The complainant did pay for the majority of the party and shoe rentals (all of the children were on the lane they paid for). As a consumer myself, I would have volunteered to only pay for my childs’ portion of the party. In my personal opinion, he was stuck with a major portion of the cost of this party. The complaint of the cost should be taken up with their friends/family (whomever they were sharing expenses with). This person also expressed an upset that black lights would not be turned on until our House League was finished bowling. As a party is booked we do inform the person booking that black lights will not be on until the league is finished bowling, which is normally around 9 p.m. League play is a sporting event sanctioned by USBC and the bowlers in this league are our regular customers bowling for prize money, our open play customers are allowed to bowl during league time only if there are open lanes and they are expected to respect our league bowlers and visa-verse. Hopefully the person that has expressed this complaint will contact us directly and allow a more thorough explanation of how the dollars broke down on each lane. As the proprietor I do not wish for anyone to have an unpleasant or unsafe experience at my center and I would like to apologize for any misunderstanding and do hope that the above explanation helps clear the matter.

Worse place ever. It was way to expensive. The owner charged us $90 for an hour and charged us for 12 pairs of shoes and we only had 3 pairs. It also has renovations that were started 3 years ago and are still not finished. The place stinks and the bathrooms are nasty. They also advertise that they have black light bowl after 9 but the guy would not turn them on because he was bowling with his legue. I would not recommed this place to my worst enemy.
