| The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced! The old lady night manager has no people skills, is extremely rude, and has not tact! It was the first time we had ever bowled there and we waited in line forever. Then when it was our turn to pay she completely ignored us and started helping people ahead of us with our first telling us there is a list and to excuse her while she helped them before us even though we waited our turn. Then she proceeded to get attitude about who in our group would be paying first even though she kept us waiting forever because she is slower then a snail! At this time my boyfriend and I try to explain we brought our own shoes, but she completely disregarded and snapped at us so we paid and she didn't cover her mouth and coughed all over everyone's change. Then after we're halfway through our first game she comes and accuses my boyfriend of wearing street shoes and threatens to kick us out...if she had listened earlier when she was treating us like crap she would have heard us say we brought our own balls and shoes!! So she is slow rude and def...get a new night manager because that was the worst first impression of any business I have ever been to and you should be embarrassed for employing her!! On a good note, besides the cigarette smoke, the drinks were really good and the bartending staff did well! |

| I go there often. It's simple and geared for bowling. Best choice in area for bowling, but if want better snacks and all around for your family try Triple Play in Hayden. Better bowling deals here though. |

| Not sure we will visit this bowling center again. Found that you can not buy soda from the concession stand after 9pm you have to buy from a vending machine however you can buy beer from the bar. Seems backwards to me. Staff was not very friendly. Lady making food was texting the making food did not seem very clean. The cost was to high. |

| My friends and I have fun there. It is true that it smells smoky. I think that may be from the old days as this is an old facility. Lew is very nice to all of us and we would love to take lessons if someone knows anyone who teaches bowling. |

| we are all talking about the same place? It is a non-smoking bowling center and the lady up front is awesome. In the time that it was not running I did not bowl anymore but when they started back up I found myself bowling again. This place is great. |

| just took my 15 yr. old son there, we had a blast..lady at the desk was very nice and helpful, were going there again..need more practise |

| As for the prior comment, it is a no smoking (except in the bar) bowling alley now. I like the fact that leagues are avaialable for all age groups just about any day of the week. I also like the fact that there are discount prices for non league bowling for league members. |

| Wonderful place to bowl and spend time with friends. New Years party had a live country band who was fabulous (they will be back next year). Service was great. Lots of smiles with a happy atmosphere. I highly recommend checking it out. |

| hello people wake up the new owner isnt what he appears to be good luck to you all what a jerk. He is obviously pulling the wool over the eyes their beware its only time that will prevail the true colors have fun with this guy. |

| This is a great place to bowl, I hope the new owners well and that their mangement team will be great PR people who love the sport and will welcome all its bowlers back.
Management must be a NO 1 to make it a smooth
operating bowling business.
Lane Conditions are the no one priority in making bowling a great fun center with friends.
Looking forward to a new and great sport of bowling into the Coeur D Alene area. Its a family sport, that will provide families an outing together and can bowl together.
Build on family unity and a game of sport together.
Management I hope will meet the needs of all, who share the same goal, make bowling a family recreation center.
