rancho's bowling shot is super easy! its as if you can miss your mark by +/- 3-5 boards and still hit the pocket!! talk about inflating averages!! no wonder everybody complains when they bowl else where, its cuz its a REAL shot for REAL bowlers, not kiddy bowling in santa maria!

you people should just go ahead and just advertise that rancho bowl is only for freakin league bowlers. all week the league bowlers are the ones who get to bowl in those lanes leaving no room for those who have to work to get done working and come bowl a few games this place {deleted}!

Rancho bowl is one of the best alleys that I have bowled at. The lane conditions are consistant and good. Plus, how many places are there that you can bowl, eat and get your hair cut all for good prices?

Moving from a big city, I don't like the automated phone line. It is very impersonal and shows that they are way too busy to answer. Although I never see that. I had a party I wanted to book and they told me that they close at 9:30 each night and don't take reservations. That's a shame, but we had a great time at miniature golf.

Rancho Bowl has been through a lot of changes and most have been too personal for the owner. Knowing personal data I will not stipulate but it's a shame that somebody doesn't build another center so that more than the usual 1000 people a week visit this facility. With a population of 100,000 what are the rest doing? And family owned operations need to stay on top of trends or go the way of the past.

Was visiting the area----bowled about 6 games-- at or over average -- good conditions-- desk help friendly--invited me to join a league 200 miles too far---

I've been on a league at Rancho Bowl for about 8 years now. Rancho Bowl is an awesome bowling alley. I've been to many other alleys for tournaments and I'd have to say, Rancho Bowls lanes are the best.
