| staff needs to be retrained in customer service. i have worked with the public my entire adult life, customer service should be number one in a business . some of the staff at the bowling alley might need to be reminded who pays there way. i now know why some business's change employees and management every so often, some employees seem to think they can't be replaced. |

| the bowling alley is great, but some of the staff need to be reminded where there paycheck comes from. what ever happened to customer service. |

| explain to me why a service clerk would put an inexperiended family in the lane right next to a league |

| Very nice modern center. The reason for the long waits is because its the only game in town. |

| very nice and tidy alley. has a LOT of lanes with friendly customer service. very modern and has a lot of tech such as LCD tv's everywhere you look. they have the new brunswick equipment there with the touchscreens and diner tables. the place itself is very roomy so you aren't back to back with another party's lane. the only downside there was that it was always busy. they put me on a waiting list for about an hour for a lane...at 2 a.m. |

| When you see the bowling center while you are walking, you just want to play as many games until your hands hurt. But sometimes this place gets REALLY crowded! |
